Simple Simple. Using Mushroom soup and Gravy. I freeze bags of meatballs ahead of time. Since there is no need to defrost them, this recipe is too simple for words. Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger |
250 g ritz crackers |
2 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon onion salt |
1/2 teaspoon celery salt |
salt and pepper |
2 (398 ml) cans mushroom soup |
2 (398 ml) cans mushroom gravy |
Directions:
1. Make small meatballs. 2. Bake in 4oo oven on cookie sheet until done. 3. Put in pot with soup and gravy. 4. Cook 1 hour. |
