This recipe was made at the holidays by my step mom. She was a great cook. This is a very easy and yummy recipe. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs |
1 cup milk |
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
2 eggs |
1 medium onion, finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon dill |
1/4 teaspoon allspice |
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. refrigerate about 1 hour. 3. shape into 1 balls. 4. spray baking sheet with vegetable spray (Pam). 5. place meatballs on pan. 6. bake in 350 degrees oven for about 15 minutes. |
