Even my picky hubby likes these. I serve with rice. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 cup ritz cracker crumbs |
1 egg |
2/3 cup milk |
2 tablespoons onions, grated |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
nutmeg |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup evaporated milk |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning |
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. 2. Shape into small balls. 3. Brown meatballs in a small amount of oil in skillet. 4. Place on serving dish. 5. Mix butter, milk, soup, sour cream and lemon-pepper in saucepan. 6. Bring to boil, mixing well. 7. Pour over hot meatballs. 8. Serve with rice. |
