Swedish Meatballs

Even my picky hubby likes these. I serve with rice.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup ritz cracker crumbs
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons onions, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl, mixing well.
2. Shape into small balls.
3. Brown meatballs in a small amount of oil in skillet.
4. Place on serving dish.
5. Mix butter, milk, soup, sour cream and lemon-pepper in saucepan.
6. Bring to boil, mixing well.
7. Pour over hot meatballs.
8. Serve with rice.
