Don't know why it's called swedish but this is a delicious change of pace potato dish ! Ingredients:
6 large potatoes |
3/4 cup light cream |
1 stick butter or margarine |
1 tsp sugar |
1/2 tsp salt or to taste |
1/4 tsp pepper |
2 tbs chopped chives |
2 tsp dill weed |
1 pkg frozen spinach thawed and chopped, cooked and well drained |
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes and mash. 2. Add butter, seasonings and stir in well drained spinach. 3. Serve at once or put in a baking dish and bake 350 until well heated. |
