Serve with whipped cream, ice cream, berries and or cherry pie filling. Ingredients:
2 cups cottage cheese |
1/4 cup flour |
3 eggs |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 cups light cream |
1/2 cup almonds, coarsely chopped |
Directions:
1. Stir cottage sheese by hand or with mixer until granular and somewhat fluffy. 2. Add flour, eggs, sugar, cream and almonds. Mix well. 3. Greas a 10 inch fluted pie pan or an 8 inch square baking pan. 4. Pour in mixture. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. 6. Cool and serve with your choice of toppings. |
