Angel-soft filling in a crispy wafer cone. Ingredients:
4 waffle cones |
1 cup whipping cream |
1/2 cup lingonberries or 1/2 cup blueberries |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
Directions:
1. Melt sugar in a pan together with lingonberries, and simmer until mixed together, about 5 minutes. 2. Allow to cool. 3. Whip cream until fairly stiff, fold into lingonberry mix and fill cones, just before serving. |
