(Swanson) Holiday Vegetable Stuffing |

This is a Swansons Broth recipe. It makes A great veggie packed stuffing. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
2 cups sliced mushrooms |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 medium carrots, chopped |
1 (14 ounce) can vegetable broth |
1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained |
2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach |
4 cups prepared stuffing |
Directions:
1. Heat butter in saucepot. 2. Add mushrooms, onions, carrots, cook until tender. 3. Add broth, chestnuts, spinach. 4. Heat to a boil. 5. Stir in stuffing, Mix lightly. |
