(Swanson) Holiday Vegetable Stuffing

This is a Swansons Broth recipe. It makes A great veggie packed stuffing.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can vegetable broth
1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach
4 cups prepared stuffing
Directions:
1. Heat butter in saucepot.
2. Add mushrooms, onions, carrots, cook until tender.
3. Add broth, chestnuts, spinach.
4. Heat to a boil.
5. Stir in stuffing, Mix lightly.
