We love sushi, and have been making a lot of it lately. This is the recipe we use for our rice. This is enough the fill 2 sheets of Nori. Ingredients:
2 cups sushi rice, cooked to packet instructions and still warm |
4 tablespoons sushi vinegar |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine the vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl. 2. Add to rice, and mix well. 3. Allow to cool before making sushi. |
