Here is a simple recipe for the sauce that makes the sushi rice tasty. The sauce is easy to make but perfecting the rice is a different story... Ingredients:
3 tablespoons rice vinegar, unseasoned (su) |
2 1/4 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix the three ingredients together. Heat stirring frequently, until dissolved. Add to 3 cups of cooked sushi rice and mix gently and well. Ready to use to make your sushi balls or nori rolls. |
