My friend Susan gave me this recipe when our kids were babies. She now has 5 grandchildren and I have 4. Time flies! Ingredients:
1 cup light karo syrup |
1/2 cup white sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 eggs |
1 cup pecans |
1 deep dish pie shell |
4 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Mix karo, sugar,vanilla, butter,salt and eggs with mixer til blended fold in pecans. 2. Pour in pie shell. 3. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
