My friend Susan gave me this recipe when our kids were babies. She now has 5 grandchildren and I have 4. Time flies!
Ingredients:
1 cup light karo syrup
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 cup pecans
1 deep dish pie shell
4 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Mix karo, sugar,vanilla, butter,salt and eggs with mixer til blended fold in pecans.
2. Pour in pie shell.
3. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
