You have to try this to believe how good it is. It's a firm textured dip, about the consistancy of hummus. Your guests will never guess the secret ingredient - bread! Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise, light |
12 garlic cloves |
2 cups bread crumbs, fresh, white |
1/2 cup parsley, fresh, minced |
Directions:
1. Roast a head of garlic in aluminum foil by wrapping and roasting at 350 F for 20 minutes. Let cool, then press out and mash the soft garlic. 2. In a food processor, chop fresh white bread to yield 2 cups of soft crumbs 3. Combine the ingredients 4. Refrigerate for at least one hour. 5. Serve with raw vegetables. |
