Good with any meal, I can eat them by themselves. The cook time is for boiling the eggs and cooking the bacon. Ingredients:
12 hard-cooked eggs |
1/3 c mayonnaise |
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled |
2 tbsp finely shredded cheddar cheese |
2 tbsp honey mustard |
1/4 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice hard-boiled eggs in half. 2. Remove yolks and place in a large bowl. 3. Mash egg yolks with a fork to desired consistency. 4. Fold in mayonnaise, bacon, cheese, mustard and pepper. 5. Fill egg whites with mixture. 6. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
