1. Cream sugar and cream cheese together. 2. Beat in egg. 3. Stir in chocolate chips; set aside. 4. Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. 5. Place paper baking cups into a muffin tin. 6. Fill paper bake cups 2/3 full. 7. Drop one rounded teaspoon of cheese mixture into each cup. 8. Bake according to directions on cake mix box.
