Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
2 cups grated sharp cheese |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
1 cup all purpose flour |
50 small stuffed green olives |
Directions:
1. Allow butter to soften; blend with cheese, salt, paprika and cayenne. 2. Stir in flour, mixing well. 3. Mold 1 teaspoon of this mixture around each olive, covering it completely. 4. Arrange on a baking sheet and chill until firm. 5. Bake in a 400* oven for 15 minutes. 6. Note: these can be made in advance an frozen. |
