Supreme Hash Brown Casserole |

Easy preparation in one bowl, feeds a crowd, great for pot luck. Ingredients:
2 (30 ounce) bags frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, slightly thawed |
1 (10 2/3 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1 (10 2/3 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded and divided |
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream |
1 medium diced onion |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients reserving 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Pour into baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Top with reserved cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. |
