Burgers topped with avocado slices, and onion slices Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef |
1 egg, beaten |
1 tablespoon dried parsley |
2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons chili sauce |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
4 hamburger buns |
2 avocados (peeled and sliced) |
4 onions, slices |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients, mix well, and divide into 4 patties. 2. Cook in skillet 5 minutes on each side. 3. In a small bowl, combine mayo, chili sauce, and cayenne pepper, and spread on both sides of buns. 4. Place patties on bottom half, and top with avocado, and onion slices. |
