Meat and vegetable dish cooked in crock pot Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 75/25, browned, drained |
2 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced thinly |
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes |
15 1/4 oz corn, drained |
15 oz peas, drained |
14 1/2 oz sliced carrots, drained |
14 1/2 oz green beans, drained |
16 oz tomato sauce |
2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Layer each ingredient in crock pot, starting with ground beef and ending with tomato sauce. Cook on high for 4 hours. Place cheddar cheese on top at end of cooking time until melted. |
