Superplain Potato Salad

Some people *cough* aren't crazy about the thick, vinegar-y mayo used in regular potato salads. Soo, here's a super-fast, super-plain potato salad.
Ingredients:
new potatoes (small and waxy)
thick plain yoghurt
salt and pepper
herbs and spices (optional)
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes into halves or quarters depending on size, you're aiming for chunks about 1inch square.
2. Boil them for 5-10 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked but not soft.
3. Rinse under cold water and leave to cool for a couple of minutes.
4. Meanwhile, beat the yoghurt with a fork, whisk or your preferred implement until it's smooth and lump-free.
5. Beat in the salt and pepper, and any herbs or spices you want to add.
6. Keep in the fridge until serving.
