Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
1/8 cup dried blueberries
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. In a bowl mix together the ingredients in the order listed, thoroughly mixing after each addition.
3. Spread the mixture on a jelly roll pan sprayed for 2 seconds with cooking spray.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
5. Bake until the oats are golden brown.
6. Cool and store in an airtight container or resealable plastic bags.
