Superfoods Greens and Chocolate Smoothie |

This is an antioxidant rich smoothie that is high in fiber and protein and it tastes great too. Yogurt or Kefir – Add 1-2 tablespoons of unsweetened organic yogurt or kefir for additional digestion and cleansing benefits. Ingredients:
1 scoop rawburst, berry blend (rawburst berry supplement) |
1 teaspoon sea vegetables (emerald sea supplement) |
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (action whey) |
1 tablespoon flax seeds or 1 tablespoon chia seeds |
1/2 cup watercress |
4 ounces milk or 4 ounces non-dairy milk substitute |
2 cups ice |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients except whey protein at high speed setting. Add whey protein and blend at lower speed setting. 2. Serve and enjoy! |
