Super Yummy Zucchini Muffins

I can't believe these are healthy zuchini muffins
Ingredients:
2 bananas, ripe
2 cups zucchini
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup walnuts, ground up
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup flax seed meal
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mash banana in a large bowl.
3. Put zucchini in a food processor until finely grated and add to bananas.
4. Add sugar and slightly beaten egg.
5. Add the melted butter, walnuts and vanilla.
6. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients.
7. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, stir to mix.
8. Fill greased muffin tray with batter and bake for 20 minutes.
