Super Thick Strawberry Smoothies

I don't want to sit around sipping my smoothies through a straw - I want to have to use a spoon... or better yet - a fork!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups nonfat yogurt (your choice of flavour)
1 tablespoon honey
3 -4 cups frozen strawberries (or other fruits)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients (liquids first) into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth. Depending on your blender, this may require you to stop blending momentarily to mix the ingredients with a spoon.
