I cant remember where this recipe came from, but everyone who has ever tried it absolutely loved it. Hope you like it. Ingredients:
2 (28 ounce) cans tamales |
1 (16 ounce) package small sea shell pasta |
1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (4 ounce) can ripe olives, diced |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain shell pasta. Cut tamales into bite-sized pieces, reserving liquid. Combine all ingredients, including liquid from tamales and pour into large greased casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees til bubbly. |
