This came from The Saturday Evening Post. I have not tried this, just posting for easy finding. Ingredients:
3 ice cubes |
1 cup low-fat milk |
1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese |
2/3 cup fresh strawberries |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients for 45-60 seconds until smooth. 2. Pour into smoothie into a glass and enjoy. |
