Pile up on a big plate then just let everyone dive in! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs, skin on |
3 garlic cloves, crushed |
3 tablespoons sesame oil |
3 tablespoons maple syrup |
2 tablespoons tomato paste |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce |
1 tablespoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Combine al the ingredients in a large roasting tin. Cover and leave to marinate for an hour. 2. Heat the oven to 400°F. 3. Roast the chicken for 30-40 mins, turning half way through until the chicken is cooked through. |
