This is something that I found on a Livejournal community called Food_Porn . Given the taste of this yummy smoothie, I can see why! Tasty! Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple |
1 banana, frozen |
1 cup apple juice |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 tablespoons honey |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender. 2. Drink! Great for breakfast! |
