From my collection of handwritten recipes 1970-1984. Ingredients:
6 potatoes, baked and cut in half |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons brown mustard |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 lb hot dog, sliced |
Directions:
1. Bake 6 potatoes. Cut in half. Scoop shells. Mash with mayonnaise, brown mustard, garlic, salt, pepper. Fold in hot dogs that have been cooked and sliced. Return to shells. Bake 20 minutes in 350* oven. |
