Yummy Smoothie! Ingredients:
3/4 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk |
1/4 cup frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate |
2 cups unsweetened frozen peach slices |
1 medium banana, cut into chunks |
1 cup small ice cubes or 1 cup crushed ice |
Directions:
1. In blender, combine soy milk and juice concentrate; add peach slices and banana. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until nearly smooth. |
