Quick and very tasty! Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 lbs halibut or 2 lbs salmon fillets |
1 cup sliced onion |
1/3 cup butter |
12 ounces sour cream |
1 teaspoon basil |
1 teaspoon parsley |
Directions:
1. Mix flour with salt, paprika, and pepper. 2. Coat the fish. 3. In skillet, saute the onion in butter for 2 minutes. 4. Remove onions and set aside. 5. Add fish to skillet; cook on med for 5 minutes each side. 6. Remove to a serving platter. 7. Add sour cream, basil, and the onions to skillet, heat through. 8. Serve over the fish. 9. Garnish with parsley. |
