Super Simple Sugar-Free Coleslaw |

I adapted this from a recipe I found on Life's Ambrosia - it is so simple and absolutely delicious. Cooking time is refrigeration time. Ingredients:
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup white wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon celery seed |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
4 cups white cabbage, shredded |
1 cup carrot, shredded |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic powder, celery seeds and sea salt. 2. Add shredded cabbage and carrots. Toss to coat. 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Stir again then serve. 4. Enjoy! |
