Another economical recipe! So simple to make... taste great and is easy on the wallet! Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup, 1 can |
1 medium onion, sliced |
2 cups mushrooms, sliced (mushrooms optional) |
1/8 teaspoon garlic, minced |
7/8 ounce brown gravy mix, 1 pkg |
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning |
1/8 teaspoon dill weed |
1 cup milk |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet brown hamburger, onion and mushroom (opt) with minced garlic. Drain. 2. Add soup and brown gravy package and seasonings along with some of the milk (the amount of milk depends on how thick or thin you like it- could end being more than 1 cup), bring to a simmer and start taste testing. 3. When it tastes just like you like - stir in the sour cream. 4. Serve over extra wide egg noodles or rice. |
