Super Simple Scrumpcious Sloppy Joes

My mom's recipe, I can't stand any other kind of sloppy joe - these are sooooooo good!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup onion
2 celery ribs
salt and black pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 can condensed chicken with rice soup
1 can condensed chicken gumbo soup
hamburger or hoagie roll
Directions:
1. Brown beef, drain and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Add onions and celery and cook until onions are clear.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir until hot.
4. Add more mustard to suit your taste.
5. Serve on buns.
6. Enjoy!
