Very easy, very healthy! This is a good side dish for chicken. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained |
1 1/2 cups salsa |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Chill at least 15 minutes. |
