When I started to get migraines we discovered the cause was from corn. I came up with this mixture to replace my Lawry's Seasoned Salt. It is now one of my favorite seasonings to use. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sea salt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon parsley |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon turmeric |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon potato starch |
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients with a wire whisk and pore into your favorite shaker jar. We use this on almost everything except when I am using my garlic pepper mix. This recipe can easily be doubled or even tripled. I usually make enough to fill my shaker and I have a refill container in the cupboard so I never run out. |
