3 medium tomatos, diced |
1 small onion, diced |
1 hot pepper, diced |
4 cubanelle peppers, diced |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 tsp salt |
1 cup cilantro, chopped |
1 tsp lime juice |
Directions:
1. Dice onions, peppers, and tomatos. Mince garlic. Chop cilantro. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. 2. Serve with pita or tortilla chips, or use as topping in soups and salads. |
