Ingredients:
16 ounces frozen peas |
12 ounces cream of potato soup |
1/2 cup onion, diced |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
1 cup ritz cracker, crushed |
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix peas, soup, and onion. Place in 8 inch casserole dish. Top with cheese and crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly. |
