Faster and better for you than a box of macoroni and cheese! Mild flavor and easy to adapt to your liking. Ingredients:
8 ounces pasta |
2 teaspoons butter |
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup ricotta cheese |
1/4 cup heavy cream |
1 dash garlic powder (optional) |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 2. Drain and return to pan. 3. Immediately add remaining ingredients. 4. Stir until cheeses are melted and pasta is evenly coated. 5. Good served with grilled chicken or steamed broccoli. |
