3 cups self-rising flour |
1 cup sugar |
1 can beer (light beer is okay) |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 Hand mix flour, sugar,& beer in a medium bowl until well blended. 2. Pour into a lightly greased (I use Pam) loaf pan. 3. Bake for 1 hour. |
