From Fitness Magazine, November 2007. Ingredients:
1 cup canned pumpkin |
1 cup milk |
2 tablespoons maple syrup |
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg |
2/3 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup ice |
whipped cream (to garnish) (optional) |
cinnamon (to garnish) (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend everything except the ice until smooth. 2. Add ice; continue to blend until thick and creamy. 3. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon, if desired. |
