Cherry lovers will love this shake. It is a beautiful pink color and so good. You can get Soy Protein Powder at Puritan's Pride for cheap www. Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen pitted black cherries |
1/8 ounce package black cherry kool-aid (unprepared) |
1 cup soymilk, as needed |
1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate |
1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute, to taste |
2 tablespoons vanilla soy yogurt or 2 tablespoons tofu yogurt |
1 -2 ice cube |
Directions:
1. Blend together cherries, Kool Aid, soy milk, soy protein powder, Splenda and yogurt. 2. Add ice cubes, blend until smooth. 3. Enjoy. |
