This shake is not only delicious, but it also has less than 2 grams of fat and as much calcium as a glass of milk. Refrigerate the other serving for a treat later in the day. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 (8-ounce) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt |
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, undrained |
1/2 cup ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. With blender on, add ice cubes, 1 at a time; process until smooth. |
