this recipe puts ordinary chocolate cake to shame! so moist, its like a still warm brownie but in a cake! yemm Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
3/4 cup cocoa |
2 tsp b.s. |
2 eggs |
1 tsp salt |
1 cup buttermilk |
1 cup mazola oil |
1/2 tsp vanilla |
1 cup boiling water |
Directions:
1. grease and flour 9x13 pan 2. mix all ingredients in large bowl at medium speed until blended and smooth 3. pour into pan 4. cook 1 hr 5. TEST: 6. use a knife and stick deep into middle of cake if it comes out clean cake is done (DO NOT use a toothpick or anything wood as this cake is moist it will be overdone if done until toothpick comes out clean) |
