This soup is low calorie, and gives you lots of nutrition at the same time. Spice it up with some hot sauces if you prefer that extra kick Ingredients:
8 cups water |
1/2 cup carrots |
100 g veal |
1/4 cup onion |
3/4 cup beans |
1 1/2 cup celery |
3 cups tomato |
1 tsp pepper |
1/2 cup spinach |
1 cup eggplant |
1 tsp thyme |
1 tsp cilantro |
Directions:
1. Add water to large pot 2. add all ingredients in 3. Let boil for 30 minutes |
