From Woman's World mag 4/20/09. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages boboli pizza crusts |
1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce |
1 (8 ounce) package shredded taco cheese |
1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained |
6 cups nacho cheese flavor doritos (from 16 oz pkg) |
1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained |
1 cup cheez whiz (from 15 oz jar) |
1 large tomato, chopped |
2 scallions, sliced, 1/2 c |
guacamole, and fresh cilantro (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Place pizza crusts on two baking sheets. Spread each crust with about 2 1/2 tablespoons taco sauce, then 1/4 cup taco cheese. 2. Toss beans with remaining taco sauce. Dividing equally, top pizzas with bean mixture, tortilla chips and olives. Stir remaining 1 cup taco cheese into cheez whiz; drizzle over pizzas. Sprinkle with tomato. Bake until hot and bubbly, 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with scallions. If desired, garnish with guacamole and cilantro. |
