Super Lite Creamy Avocado Pasta |

Came up with this sauce when looking for something to do with pasta for lunches. Loosely based on my mother's curry sauce :P but without the curry... Ingredients:
1 tablespoon light philadelphia cream cheese |
1/4 cup nonfat milk |
2 -3 teaspoons flour |
1/4 medium avocado |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
125 g pasta |
Directions:
1. Combine Cream Cheese, Milk and Avocado (Mashed) in a saucepan over low to medium heat. 2. Add Salt and Pepper to taste (Additional spices and even ham can work well too). 3. Slowly stir in flour 1tsp at a time until the sauce thickens. 4. Pour over cooked pasta 5. enjoy! :D. |
