Natural, unsweetened peanut butter is full of healthy fats anyway - but blending it into a delicious, smooth and sweet mixture with raw agave, banana and (shh!) tofu makes it even better! NI is for a 2 tbsp serving. Ingredients:
4 oz low-fat silken tofu |
1 large, overripe banana |
1/3 cup natural peanut butter |
pinch salt |
1 tbsp raw agave nectar |
Directions:
1. Place tofu and banana in a food processor and puree until completely smooth. 2. Add peanut butter, salt and agave and puree in. 3. Store unused portions in the fridge. |
