I made this up once when I was having a chocolate banana craving. Weird craving, right? It's delicious, healthy, and a great snack. Cooking time = blending time Ingredients:
3 bananas |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 dash cinnamon |
2 1/2 tablespoons ovaltine, chocolate mix |
3 ice cubes (to make colder) |
milk (more for thicker, less for thinner) |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend together until smooth. 3. Enjoy! |
