It is a simple soy yogurt smoothie. Soy yogurt gives it a very unique taste. You can substitute strawberries for any kind of berries you'd like. There is no sugar added. Great summer drink!
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened plain soy yogurt
6 strawberries or 6 a cup of any other kind berries
3/4 of a ripe banana
5 ice cubes
2/3 cup water
Directions:
1. Blend it all together until creamy and voila! make sure that you have a banana or it will be very sour.
