If you already think oatmeal is good, this recipe makes it even better! I eat this every morning! Yum! Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1 cup water |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon wheat germ |
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil |
1/4 cup soy milk |
Directions:
1. Mix the oats and water and microwave on medium power for 5 minutes. Stir in the honey, wheat germ, and flax oil. Top with the soy milk. |
