These have 3 variations....Look out, they are mighty tasty!! Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 (12 oz) package (2 cups) real semi-sweet chocolate chips |
2 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup all purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Place butter and sugar in microwave-safe bowl 3. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until mixture just starts to boil. 4. Stir until well mixed. 5. Add 1 cup chocolate chips. Stir until melted 6. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well 7. Add floutr, baking powder and salt, mix well 8. Stir in remaining chocolate chips. 9. Pour batter into ungreased 8 inch square baking pan 10. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs 11. Prepare brownies as directed. 19. Coarsely chop3 (1.5-ounce) packages unwrapped peanut butter cups. Sprinkle evenly over hot brownies 20. Lightly press into brownies 21. Cool completely before cutting 22. ****************************************** 23. S'More Dessert Brownies 24. ***************************************** 25. Prepare brownies as directed 26. Cool completely. 27. Just before serving, cut cooled brownies into 16 servings. 28. Place each bar onto individual serving plate 29. Dollop each with 1 tablespoon marshmallow cream then sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs 30. ****************************************** 31. Candy Caramel Brownies 32. ****************************************** 33. Prepare brownies as directed 34. Cut 2(1.7-ounce) packages round chewy caramels in milk chocolate into fourths.
